Joshua Dean has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career in 2003 as an Operations employee at the National Youth Leadership Forum - Medicine. In 2004, they worked as a Rentals/Duplications employee at Images Audio Visual. From 2005 to 2022, they worked as a QA Engineer at Genesys where they performed manual and automated testing on web-based UIs, tested across major web browsers and operating systems, and oversaw a test lab of over 20 mobile phones and tablets.
