Bulent Muslu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CTO at PAYTR since July 2023, Bulent has previously held multiple senior positions at BKM Bankalararası Kart Merkezi, including Deputy General Manager and Senior Vice President of InfoSec, IT Compliance, and Service Management, from January 2012 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Solution Architect and RCE, as well as founding and managing PEGA Computer Ltd. Bulent began a career as a Programmer at Setra Computer Ltd. and has provided consultancy and training services throughout. Bulent holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Istanbul Technical University.
