Ravi Kewat is a seasoned product manager at Saleshandy since October 2018, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives. Prior to this role, Ravi served as the Head of Customer Support, where responsibilities included developing and implementing customer support strategies and processes. Ravi also began the journey at Saleshandy as a Customer Success Manager. Before joining Saleshandy, Ravi worked at Vodafone as a Senior Executive in New Zealand operations and at Medusind Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as a Client Service Representative, focusing on medical billing for US dentists. Ravi is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University, expected to complete in July 2025.
