Pratibha Bisht is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Paytm since June 2023, Pratibha has previously held positions as Manager-Human Resources at HonorVet Technologies from August 2021 to June 2023, and as Assistant Manager - Talent Management & Employee Engagement at Tata Teleservices Ltd from June 2016 to September 2018. Pratibha began their career in talent acquisition at Idea Cellular Ltd, working from July 2013 to June 2016. Pratibha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the DAV Institute of Management (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Kumaun University, Nainital (2006-2009).
