Kriti Rastogi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Paytm since January 2023, Kriti previously held roles at DIY (by Kyt) where duties included spearheading customer engagement initiatives and establishing foundational processes for Kyt Academy. At Quikr, Kriti managed P&L and business growth responsibilities and led a team of over 30 while focusing on revenue growth and marketplace optimization. Prior experience at Uber involved supervising large teams and executing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Kriti began the career as a Project Trainee at EcoAxis, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
