Abel Cherian Abey is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead at Paytm since August 2023, Abel previously held the role of Senior Executive HRBP at BlackBuck, overseeing Pan India HR operations, talent management, and compensation strategies from July 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Associate at Digit Insurance, focusing on onboarding and joining formalities, and as an HR Executive at REDCAN IT SERVICES, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR activities. Abel began a career in HR as an intern HR Recruiter at Cresttek and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the National School of Business and a BBA from JIMS, Delhi.
