Alma Kratovac serves as the General Manager and CEO of Payten since May 2023, previously holding director roles at ESP BH and ProCredit Bank BiH. With extensive experience in leadership positions, Alma has effectively managed teams and executed strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and financial goals across multiple organizations, including Diners Club BH as General Manager and Oriflame Cosmetics as Country Manager. Alma holds a PhD in Economic Science, specializing in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Nezavisni Univerzitet Banjaluka, along with various certifications in Lean Management and international business. Additionally, contributions to the banking and finance sector include serving as President of the Banking and Finance Committee in AmCham Bosnia and Herzegovina.
