Ruthie Yisrael began their career in 2006 as a Special Case Manager for Prudential Financial. In this role, they handled 130+ inbound member calls daily while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Ruthie managed member expectations by clarifying needs, identifying options and recommending products and services, and performed policy maintenance, adjustments and policy holder requests in an accurate and timely manner.
In 2013, Ruthie moved to LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS as a Key Holder. In this role, they interpreted company policies to workers and enforced safety regulations, suggested changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and work crew, and analyzed and resolved work problems and assisted workers in solving work problems.
In 2014, Ruthie joined Payspan, Inc. as a QA Test Analyst II, creating test scripts, cases, evaluating their success, and training others in their use, executing tests and analyzing/documenting results, and assisting in developing schedules, timelines, and reporting progress. Ruthie was later promoted to QA Test Analyst I and Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast, documenting Standard Operating Procedures instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Production Support Team, contributing to current state and future state assessments around functionality and/or processes, providing online meetings and conference calls to orientate new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns, and working closely with Solution Architects and/or Engagement Managers to ensure appropriate follow up of identifying client needs and follow up activities. Ruthie was also responsible for providing Engagement Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, bench mark metrics, communication documents, follow up memos etc.
Finally, Ruthie was a Provider Support Specialist, answering inbound technical calls from providers, achieving computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data, identifying and evaluating options, and recommending a course of action, and confirming program objectives and specifications by testing new programs, comparing programs with established standards, and making modifications.
