Hunter Morgan Davis is an experienced professional in people and culture strategy with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture Strategy and Insights at Paysend since June 2021, Hunter collaborates with business leaders to foster a culture that enhances employee performance. Prior roles include Global Performance & Culture Manager and Global Organizational Excellence Manager at Grab, where Hunter led initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and drive performance using data insights. Hunter has also held positions in talent acquisition, employer branding, and as a Sales Manager at SnapIT!. Additionally, teaching experience as a lecturer in strategic management at Nanyang Business School, external consultancy for ISCA, and various roles in recruitment and executive assistance demonstrate a versatile career. Hunter holds a Ph.D. in Strategy, Management, & Organizational Behaviour from NTU and a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
