Tina Swenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and specialized instruction. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Service at PayrollOrg since August 2003, Tina has a strong background in team leadership and operational efficiency. Tina previously worked as a Zumba Instructor at Zumba from September 2015 to May 2023, leading private groups and transitioning to virtual classes during the pandemic. Prior positions include Agent at Escapade Cruise & Travel and Project Manager at Tobin International, as well as a GIS Technician at Bexar Appraisal District, where Tina developed training materials and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency. Tina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in GIS from Wayland Baptist University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Drafting and Design Technology from San Antonio College.
