Karen Salemi has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as a speaker for the American Payroll Association since 1992. From October 2018 to September 2023, Karen held the position of HR Director at NTT DATA. Previous roles include Global Training Lead at IBM from February 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll training across customer service operations for major Fortune 500 companies. As a Solution Consultant at Kronos Incorporated from April 2002 to January 2007, Karen collaborated with clients on HR/Payroll systems and developed training for internal staff. Early in their career, Karen was an Accounting Officer at TIAA-CREF, managing payroll and tax for a large workforce. Karen holds an MBA in Finance and a certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University.
