Eileen Gaughran has had a longstanding career with the American Payroll Association (APA) since March 1990, currently serving as the Chief Professional Development Officer and previously held various senior director roles, including Senior Director of Membership & Education Services and Senior Director of Communications. In these positions, Eileen has played a pivotal role in leading membership services and overseeing publication efforts. Prior to joining APA, Eileen was the Managing Editor for the Rochester Business Opportunities Guide from May 1988 to February 1990, where responsibilities included editorial oversight and the promotion of local businesses. Eileen Gaughran earned a degree from SUNY Geneseo between 1984 and 1988.
