Christina Zisopoulou has a wealth of work experience in the field of People Operations. Christina began their career in 2014 at Zisopoulos as a People Operations Specialist. In 2015, they took on a role as Business Development at Eleven Marketing. In 2017, they held two positions, People Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager at Rocket Internet SE and People Operations Placement at East Park. From 2018 to 2021, they were a People Partner (HRBP) and People Partner Specialist (HRBP Specialist) at Delivery Hero. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of People at Payrails.

Christina Zisopoulou has a diverse educational background. Christina obtained a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Macedonia in 2014 and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Strathclyde in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from a variety of institutions such as LinkedIn, Coursera, NHS, and CIPD.
