Neil Key has worked in various roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2005. Neil began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit and Assurance Services employee in 2005, and then moved on to become the Controller at Gainesway Management Corp. in 2006. In 2012, they were hired as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Operations at 3FLOZ. In 2013, they took on the same role at BirdieBox. In 2016, they co-founded PayPossible and then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at emoto.ai in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Jollakey Capital.

Neil Key received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2003, and their Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2005.
