Luis Fernandez is a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager at Sprinklr, responsible for delivering monthly onboarding training to new hires across the Americas and Europe while leading training projects from inception to completion. Previously, Luis held various roles at T-Mobile, including Community Engagement Manager, Senior Sales Trainer, Retail Store Manager, and Retail Associate Manager, focusing on marketing strategy, employee training, and store operations. Luis is also a member of the Sales Enablement Collective, contributing to the community's efforts in promoting alignment around sales enablement as a key driver of business growth. Luis holds an education from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
