Jon Southall is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at PayPal Braintree since September 2021, Jon previously held leadership roles at Salesforce and Boku Inc., where responsibilities included directing software engineering initiatives and managing strategic operational teams. With a foundational career that began in software development at companies such as Pitch Entertainment Group, Telecom One, and Plymouth Marine Laboratory, Jon has a strong background in creating innovative products, leading diverse teams, and implementing successful technical operations. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computing and Informatics from the University of Plymouth.
