Patrick de Courcy-Ireland is an experienced financial services executive with a significant background in payments and regulatory infrastructure. Currently serving as Advisor and CEO of Payoneer Europe Limited since October 2014, Patrick oversees the e-Money Institution’s operations under the regulation of the Central Bank of Ireland. Previously, as SVP of Global Banking and Regulatory Infrastructure at Payoneer, Patrick managed global banking relationships and compliance frameworks. Prior experience includes leading consulting projects as Managing Director at Pi Square, and holding several key positions at SWIFT, including Head of Markets and Deputy Chief Executive for Asia Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development and market expansion across various sectors. Patrick holds a degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
