Charles Fiszbein has extensive experience in operational and customer care roles within various organizations. Currently serving as OPS Business Strategy Partner at Payoneer since March 2016, Fiszbein has also held positions such as Global Manager in CJ OPS for the Knowledge Expert Team, LATAM Team Leader in Customer Care, and Shift Supervisor in Customer Care. Prior to Payoneer, Fiszbein worked as an Analyst at BI and as an Account Manager at Asteca Corretora de Seguro e Associados. Additional experience includes roles in sales and planning at Forex Trading and SGS, respectively, as well as consulting at Accenture Brasil. Fiszbein holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and completed a Business English course at PLI in Toronto.
