Heiko Büttner has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Heiko began their career as a Logistics Manager at Logistik Zentrum der Bw in 1998. Heiko then transitioned to Stadtwerke Köln GmbH, where they worked as a Mitarbeiter Rechnungswesen/Controlling from 2007 to 2010, and later as a Mitarbeiter Konzernrechnungswesen/Finanzen from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, they joined net mobile AG as the Head of Financial Accounting and eventually became the Director of Finance from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as the Director of Finance at DOCOMO Digital Germany GmbH, managing various financial functions as well as acting as a Prokurist and a member of the Geschäftsführung in subsidiary companies.

Heiko then held the role of Head of Accounting at Ingenico PAYONE Holding GmbH (formerly DI Deutsche Ingenico Holding GmbH) from 2018 to 2020. Heiko continued their finance leadership journey at Worldline PAYONE Holding GmbH as the Director Accounting from 2020 to 2022.

Heiko'smost recent position was at PAYONE, where they served as the Executive Director Finance Operations from 2022 to present. In 2023, they will be joining Worldline as the Regional Accounting Director DACH & CEE.

Heiko Büttner completed their education at the Rheinische Akademie from 2004 to 2007, earning a degree in Rechnungswesen und Business Management as a staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt. Heiko then attended the Steuerfachschule Dr. Endriss from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a degree as a Bilanzbuchhalter IHK. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the same institution, completing their education and becoming a Bilanzbuchhalter International IHK.
