He has always pushed the envelopeā€”from GRiD (first laptop computer) and Appleā€™s Newton (defined the PDA, first AI) to Classifieds2000 (profitable e-commerce website sold to Excite in 1998) and LivePlanet (integrating web, TV and reality with Project Greenlight).
