Eric McKinley is a customer success professional with extensive experience in managing client relationships and driving product adoption across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at PaymentWorks since January 2025, Eric previously held the position of Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Paycor, where responsibilities included developing strategic initiatives for enterprise HCM and HRIS customers. Prior roles include serving as a Client Service Executive at Sterling Seacrest Partners, a Benefits Specialist at the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association, and a National CRM Performance Manager at ELEAD. Eric holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Valdosta State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
