Giovanni Feliciano has extensive experience in IT support and network services, currently serving as a SOC Analyst and EUC Analyst at Paymentus since May 2019. Prior to this, Giovanni worked as an IT Support Specialist at Meridian Laboratory Corp, where responsibilities included system administration, user support, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Giovanni's earlier role as a Field Engineer and OSS Support Technician at MasTec Network Solutions involved LTE integrations, troubleshooting, and remote system support. Giovanni holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ECPI University, which was completed between 2010 and 2012.
