Brenda Wambua is an experienced Information Security GRC Officer currently at Paymentology since January 2023, where responsibilities include supporting client engagements, implementing security frameworks such as ISO27001 and PCI-DSS, and participating in audits to ensure compliance. Previously, Brenda served as the Head of Information Security at Credrails, overseeing security solutions in a cloud environment, and as Acting Group Head of Information Security at Cellulant, advising senior management on risk management. Brenda's career also includes roles at Sentinel Africa Consulting and KCB Bank Group, focused on risk management and IT monitoring, respectively. Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information and Technology and a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University.
