Carmelo Rivera is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, technical support, business ownership, and military service. As the owner of Chestnut Lake LLC since February 2022, Carmelo specializes in breeding high-end crested and gargoyle geckos. Concurrently, Carmelo has owned Beauty In Graphics since January 2021, delivering custom paint jobs for various items, including vehicles. In the role of Customer Service Team Lead at Paylocity since June 2018, Carmelo manages support for over 500 clients, ensuring efficiency and compliance in payroll auditing while addressing system performance issues. Prior experience includes technical support roles at Frontier Communications and asset protection at Walmart, along with service in the United States Army Reserve as a Food Service Specialist.
