Gustavo De Gracia Montero has a diverse work experience in various companies. Gustavo currently works at PayJoy as the Business Development Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Huawei Consumer Business Group as a Senior Commercial Manager, where they served for four years. Before that, they worked at Samsung Electronics as a Senior Regional Sales Manager for six years. Gustavo also worked at Sony Ericsson as a Regional Account Director for two years and at Millicom (Tigo) as the Head Of Supply Chain Management for three years.

Gustavo De Gracia Montero obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá from 1998 to 2003. Gustavo then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at INCAE from 2006 to 2007.
