Matt Totsch has extensive work experience in the IT field. From 2001 to 2022, they have held various roles in different organizations. Matt'smost recent role is Technical Account Manager at PayIt, which they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner of RoadMap Designs from 2015 to 2022. During this time, they managed projects, employees, collaborated with project teams, interfaced with clients, and utilized technology to build successful solutions. Matt also serviced clients ranging from one-man shops to a 500M company. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Executive Director of Adelante Thrift, where they created and executed a business plan, marketing plan, and pro forma for a start-up to support community development initiatives. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of Information Technology at Eighteen Capital Group, where they leveraged technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate effectively with partners, executives, and their respective teams. From 2006 to 2012, they were the IT Manager at Jones & Mitchell Sportswear, where they developed reports and built business requirements for programming projects while meeting management deadlines. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Business Analyst at StrategicOne, where they delivered reports in an accurate and timely fashion to the Account Manager and clients as needed. Finally, from 2001 to 2005, they were a Web Developer and Network Administrator at Kansas State University, College of Business, where they managed the college’s website, provided desktop support, and managed a Novell Netware network.
