Henri-François Martin has worked in the innovation field for over 15 years. Henri-François started their career as a visiting professor at NEOMA Business School, teaching entrepreneurship and innovation. After a few years in this role, they became group innovation director at Veepee, where they were responsible for leading change and managing a team of 30-35 people. Henri-François then became a start-up advisor and mentor, before taking on their current role as chief of staff at PayFit. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's R&D activities, as well as its accelerator program and laboratories.

Henri-François Martin holds a Master's degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Collège Stanislas Paris. Henri-François is currently pursuing a career in entrepreneurship and business creation at HEC Paris.

Henri-François Martin reports to Firmin Zocchetto, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Nicolas Woussen - CFO, Florian Fournier - Co-Founder & CPO, and Mathieu Bernard - Country Manager, France.
