Amit Sethi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations, finance, and consulting across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Paydala since August 2021 and the Chief Business Officer at Amberoon Inc. since 2019, Amit also holds board positions with several fintech, regtech, digital health, and legal tech startups. Notable past roles include CFO and Co-Founder of Intellext, Managing Director for TSYS in the Asia Middle-East & Africa region, and Senior Vice-President at Sutherland Global Services. Amit co-founded and led various ventures such as Tacit, Inc. and Quintant, and served key positions at Visa International and Everypath. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
