Tim Ruge has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tim currently leads product marketing at Paycor, a SaaS HCM company, where they are responsible for developing sales, marketing, and enablement strategies for existing product portfolios. Prior to this, Tim held roles as a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, VP of Sales Enablement, and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Paycor. Tim played a significant role in growing the company's revenue and establishing the product marketing function. Tim also worked as a Business Development Manager at Green Diamond Gallery, a Community Relations Intern at the Washington Nationals, and a Marketing Intern at the Cincinnati Reds. Tim obtained an MBA from Xavier University, where they focused on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship and assisted in building and judging business plans for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Tim Ruge holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Xavier University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Xavier University - Williams College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Marketing from 2005 to 2009. Tim also obtained an additional certification, the PMC-III, from Pragmatic Marketing in 2015.
