Md Shohel has extensive experience in software development and management, currently serving as Supervisor of Software Development and Software Development Team Lead at Paycom since February 2017. In this role, Md Shohel manages a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and also participates in recruitment efforts to build a skilled team. Prior to Paycom, Md Shohel was a Software Developer at FnF Design and Development from December 2013 to February 2017, where collaboration with clients and the design of custom web applications were key responsibilities. Md Shohel holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and also completed another Bachelor's degree at the University of Dhaka.
