Previously, Joel Novatne worked at Verizon Data Services in various roles including Linux System Engineer and System Engineer, contributing to both Solaris and Linux environments and supporting a large number of servers. Joel Novatne also held the position of Open Systems Operations Lead, responsible for monitoring and support across multiple platforms. Early career experience includes a role as a System Technician at GTECH for the Indiana Hoosier Lottery. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
