Dan Sheehan has over three decades of experience in IT operations and management. Since February 2014, Dan has served as the Director of IT Operations at Paychex, following tenure as Sr. Manager of Datacenter Operations. Prior to Paychex, Dan held various leadership roles, including Sr. Manager of IT Architecture and Manager of IT Support at Frontier Communications, and Manager IT at SkillSoft. Dan's earlier career includes significant roles such as Director of Operations at Concentrix and Director at both Heidelberg Digital and The Sutherland Group. Additionally, Dan has a background in public service as a firefighter for the Egypt Fire Department from December 1987 to February 2024. Dan completed education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996.
