Jackie James currently serves as Risk Director at Pay.UK, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jackie held various positions at Experian from May 2018 to March 2024, including Head of Risk and Loss Events, Head of Risk, and Operations Assurance Manager. Jackie also contributed to Capital One from February 2016 to April 2018 as both Fraud Risk Management and Support Manager, where the focus was on developing a comprehensive understanding of risks and controls within the fraud department, and as Fraud Delivery Manager. Earlier in the career, Jackie worked at Ikano Bank from April 2006 to February 2016 as Admin and Fraud Manager.
