Chukwuma Okpalugo's work experience begins in 2012 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Chukwuma then joined Silver Lake as a Private Equity Associate from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Chukwuma pursued their MBA at Harvard Business School and served as an MBA Candidate from 2016 to 2018. Upon graduating, they worked at EquityZen as a Product Manager from June 2018 to December 2019, and later as a Senior Product Manager from January 2020 to October 2020. Chukwuma then joined Ribbon in November 2020 as a Senior Product Manager. Currently, they are employed at Paxos, where they are involved in building and launching the Paxos Settlement Service, a platform for securities trade settlement.

Chukwuma Okpalugo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Oxford from 2009 to 2012, majoring in Pre-Clinical Medical Sciences as part of their studies in Medical Sciences.
