Harshita Agarwal currently holds the position of Associate Lead (QA) at Paxcom India (P) Ltd, part of Paymentus, since January 2020 and previously served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Prior to this role, Harshita worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Ericsson from August 2017 to August 2019. Harshita completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, graduating in June 2017.
