Zeki Uzunoglu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operations. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and previously as Senior Operations Specialist at PAX since June 2016, Zeki manages inbound customer contacts, oversees operational systems, conducts CRM data analysis, and facilitates order fulfillment processes. Prior to PAX, Zeki held roles at SPARC, Tesla, and Thermo-Essence Technologies, focusing on production, customer relations, and process improvement. Also experienced in the food service industry, Zeki started a career in hospitality at Ristorante Rocca. Zeki's educational background includes studies at Skyline College and the College of San Mateo, along with training from General Assembly.
