Claude Eisenmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and digital solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Pax Versicherung since June 2024, Claude focuses on aligning software strategies with business objectives while promoting operational excellence and agile practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Digital Solutions at Syntegon, where the emphasis was on automation in manufacturing, and Executive Director Engineering/CDO at PIA Automation Bad Neustadt GmbH, responsible for digitalization and new business model creation. Claude has held several leadership positions, including Head of Expert House at Siemens AG, where strategic management and project leadership were central. Claude’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
