Brian Macdonald is the current CTO at Paws en route. Brian has also served as President and CTO at BGIdeas Consulting from August 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were with 724 Solutions from January 1999 to January 2001 as Professional Services and IBM from July 2001 to July 2017 as Solution Architect, Global Center of Competency for Energy & Utilities where they were responsible for architecture, design and integration of Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems at utilities though out North America and the United Kingdom.

Brian Macdonald has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan.
