Ron Shapiro currently serves as the Vice President of Production at PAVE Studios, where the focus is on enhancing the production, distribution, and consumption of diverse content across audio, video, and literature. Shapiro has extensive experience as the owner of Format 3000 Inc, which produces international radio programs and provides consulting services to various entities in the entertainment industry. Noteworthy prior roles include Head of Production at Spotify/Parcast Network, and Assistant Program Director and Creative Services Director at Clear Channel Communications/iHeart Media, where Shapiro managed production and scheduling and created radio station imaging. Additional experience includes being a Digital Engineer/Production Director at Fox Broadcasting and Production Director at KIIS-FM Los Angeles. Shapiro began a career in broadcasting after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
