Heather Morris is currently serving as a Benefit and Human Resources Specialist at Pave America since August 2023. Previously, Heather worked at Dominion Payroll from June 2016 to August 2023 as the Retirement & Workers Comp Manager, overseeing critical submissions for 401k, Workers Compensation, and related areas. Prior experience includes a role as Accounting Specialist II at RE Lee Company, where responsibilities encompassed accounts receivable, billing, and compliance for multiple companies. Heather began the professional journey at Jerry’s Signs as an Office Administrator, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and HR functions. Heather holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, completed between 2018 and 2022.
