Al Baethke has served as the Vice President of Engineering at Paulo Products Company since October 1991. Prior to that, Al worked at John Deere as a Division Engineer in Metallurgical & Chemical Engineering. Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Iowa State University. Currently, Al is retired from their position at Paulo Products.
