Dongchul (Dennis) Kim has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Director and HR Planning Group Leader at Samsung Electronics since July 2000, specializing in HR planning, HR development, and performance management. Prior to this, Dongchul was a Research Fellow at the Samsung Economics Research Institute from October 2012 to February 2016, contributing to the Human Resources & Organization Research Department. Dongchul's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from Korea University (2013-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hongik University (1993-1997).
