Nur Hidayah is a Client Support Specialist at Paula's Choice Malaysia since February 2023, with a strong passion for skincare and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Worthee Cosmetics and a Retail Management Trainee at Guardian Malaysia, where responsibilities included ensuring excellent customer service and monitoring store performance. Earlier experience also encompasses being a Transcriptionist at Appen, a Sales Assistant at Alain Delon, and a Student Intern at Perpustakaan Arkib Negara Malaysia, where scriptwriting on various projects was executed. Nur Hidayah holds a Bachelor of Creative Technology (Hons.) in Artistic Writing from Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtained in 2018.
