Samuel Richardson is a JD candidate at the University of Iowa College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as a Summer Associate at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and a Research Assistant for Professor Diane Dick, Samuel specializes in bankruptcy, entity taxation, and M&A. Previous experience includes a Law Clerk position at Bio-Techne, where support was provided for a major acquisition and a substantial investment agreement, as well as a Financial Analyst Intern role at Bio-Techne, collaborating closely with executive leadership.
