Samuel Richardson is a JD candidate at the University of Iowa College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as a Summer Associate at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. and a Research Assistant for Professor Diane Dick, Samuel specializes in bankruptcy, entity taxation, and M&A. Previous experience includes a Law Clerk position at Bio-Techne, where support was provided for a major acquisition and a substantial investment agreement, as well as a Financial Analyst Intern role at Bio-Techne, collaborating closely with executive leadership. Samuel also interned at PwC, participating in various capacities including campus ambassador, assurance intern, and industry tax practice intern. Additional experience includes work as a Fixed Income Analyst at Carlson Funds Enterprise and operating a successful photography business. Educational background includes a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
