Erhard Schnapka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business development. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the Global Strategy and Transformation Office at HARTMANN GROUP since October 2020, Erhard previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Siemens Healthineers from May 2004 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, Erhard was a Senior Project Manager at The Boston Consulting Group from 1998 to 2004 and served as a Research Fellow at Berkeley Lab from 1996 to 1998. Erhard holds a Doctorate in Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh and an academic background from The University of Bonn.
