Buzz Fly began their work experience in 1982 as a player for PGA TOUR. Buzz then went on to join Patterson Warehouses Inc. in 1989, where they held the position of Vice President.

Buzz Fly attended Ole Miss from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business.
