Julianna Lee-Cassara has work experience as an Assistant to the Creative Director at Patterson Flynn since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Creative Assistant for the same company from October 2022 to April 2023. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Illustrator. Julianna also worked as a Cookie Artist at Funny Face Bakery from December 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Illustration Intern at Gesture from July 2020 to October 2020.

Julianna Lee-Cassara attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration.
