Jen Kocourek is an experienced marketing professional specializing in customer loyalty and digital imaging. Currently serving as the Senior Category Marketing Manager for Digital Imaging at Patterson Dental since August 2019, Jen previously held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Loyalty at Sun Country Airlines, where responsibilities included overseeing the Sun Country Rewards program and CRM insights. Jen's career also includes significant roles at Target, leading the Global Services Delivery for REDcard, and managing multiple airline co-branded credit card programs at US Bank. With a strong foundation in marketing and customer experience, Jen Kocourek has consistently driven high guest satisfaction and retention rates throughout their career. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies/Marketing from the College of Saint Benedict and has additional education from Saint John's University.
