William Graham started their work experience as a Neighbor Intern at Neighbor in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Web Developer at Brigham Young University. In 2021, they held multiple roles including Business Analyst at Cougar Consulting Group, Data Analyst at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, and Info Management & Analytics Intern at Honeywell. In 2021, they also worked as a BI Intern at Weave HQ. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Pattern® since 2022.

William Graham attended Brigham Young University from 2017 to 2022, where they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Management. During their time there, they obtained additional certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software in May 2021 and DOMO Data Specialist from Domo, Inc. in January 2020.
