Marta Raposo has a diverse range of work experience. Marta started their career at AIESEC Indonesia as a Junior Consultant in a Social Entrepreneurship project, where they analyzed financial information, marketing practices, human resources management, daily operations, and information systems of local businesses. Marta also gained experience at AIESEC Lisboa Nova as a Member of the Incoming Team. Later, they worked at Nova Social Consulting as a Project Leader. Marta then moved on to Nielsen, where they worked as a Food & Beverage Analyst. After that, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company and held various roles, including EMEA Management Trainee, Category Finance Analyst, and ZBB & Marketing Finance Lead in FP&A. Currently, they are working at Pattern® as a Senior Financial Analyst and will soon transition into the role of Finance Manager. Overall, Marta has developed a strong background in finance and analysis throughout their career.
Marta Raposo's education history is as follows:
- From 2021 to 2024, Marta attended CIMA and obtained a Professional Qualification in Management Accounting.

- Marta has also participated in the Accenture Innovation Challenge 2015 hosted by Accenture Portugal and the LVMH Challenge 2017 organized by Louis Vuitton, although the months and years of obtaining these certifications are unspecified.
